Q. What does it mean if a product is a “Works with Command Center” product?
A. This means that your product can be paired to and operated by the Command Center tablet and hub.
Q. Can I use my own tablet instead of yours?
A. No, we currently don't have a standalone app that can be downloaded on third-party devices. You'll need to use the Command Center Tablet to monitor any of your RVi products.
Q. Where can I find out what products are Command Center compatible?
A. Every product will have a “Works with Command Center” or "Official Command Center" product label. And you can always check the Command Center page.
Q. Why do I need the Command Center hub if I have the tablet?
A. The Command Center hub is the translator for all Command Center products, allowing the tablet to control, change settings, and view performance of the products.
